2) No Legal Advice; No Attorney-Client Relationship

WESTVIEW LAW DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

9) Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WESTVIEW LAW AND ITS ATTORNEYS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SITE OR CONTENT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WESTVIEW LAW’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms will be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

15) Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

16) Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Westview Law regarding your use of the Site and supersede any prior or contemporaneous understandings regarding the Site.
