Westview Law (“Westview Law,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you visit https://www.westviewlawpc.com/ (the “Site”), contact us through our forms, or communicate with us by phone or email.

1) Information We Collect
Personally Identifiable Information (PII): May include name, email, address, job title, company, telephone number, credit card details, and other identifying details you voluntarily provide.
Aggregate Information: Includes browser type, IP address, referring URLs, usage behavior on our Site, and other non-identifiable metrics gathered automatically.

5) Analytics and Tag Management (GA4 via Google Tag Manager)
We use Google Analytics 4 (“GA4”) to help us understand how visitors interact with the Site. We deploy GA4 using Google Tag Manager (“GTM”), which is a tool that helps manage and load website tags.
GA4 may collect information such as:
pages visited and interactions,
approximate location and device information,
identifiers and event data associated with your browser/session (subject to Google’s configuration and your device/browser settings).
We do not run Google Ads at this time. We do not intentionally use GA4/GTM for remarketing or to serve behavioral ads through Google Ads.
To learn more about how Google uses data and what controls may be available to you, you can review Google’s privacy resources and adjust your browser/device settings. You may also install browser add-ons or use cookie controls to limit analytics collection.
6) Call Tracking and Phone Calls (CallRail)
We use CallRail to help us understand how people find our firm and to measure the effectiveness of marketing sources that lead to phone calls.
CallRail may involve:
Call tracking numbers that route calls to our office
Dynamic Number Insertion (DNI), which may display different phone numbers to different visitors to attribute calls to a marketing source
Collection of call-related data such as the date/time of the call, duration, caller number, and referral source (e.g., which webpage or campaign led to the call)
Call Recording (If Enabled): If call recording is enabled for any phone line, calls may be recorded for quality assurance, training, and recordkeeping purposes. Where required by law, we will provide appropriate notice and/or obtain consent. If you do not wish to be recorded, please tell us during the call and we will provide an alternative where feasible.
7) Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to:

resolve disputes and enforce agreements.
Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and applicable requirements.

If “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising applies under law, you may have the right to opt out; however, we do not run Google Ads at this time and we do not intend to use the Site for cross-context behavioral advertising.

10) Children’s Privacy
The Site is not intended for children under 13 (or under 16 in certain jurisdictions), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
11) Do Not Track Signals
Some browsers transmit “Do Not Track” signals. Because there is no universally adopted standard for responding to these signals, we do not currently respond to them in a uniform manner. You can manage tracking through your browser settings and cookie controls.
